The Willows is located in a peaceful, bucolic section of Murray, Utah, in the heart of the Salt Lake Valley. Little Cottonwood Creek, which runs through the world famous Alta and Snowbird ski resorts, not far to the east, meanders its way through this lovely community. The Willows offers several amenities including: mature landscaping, pines (and willows, of course), several creek-fed ponds with fountains, pool, clubhouse, garden and town home style units, individual garages attached to buildings, lots of additional guest parking, and several laundry rooms with commercial machines. The monthly HOA fee includes: community maintenance, capital expenses, and insurance. The Willows is managed by these people. |
