The Canyon Road Towers is one of the finest luxury Condominiums in Salt Lake City. The project contains 174 apartments and 9 townhouses in a thirteen story high rise building. The Towers were built in the late 1970's and occupy a prime location downtown (click here for links to close-by locations).

The Towers are conservative in their outward appearance, which is governed by the Salt Lake City and Utah Historic District acts, however, many of units have been extensively modernized, in addition to the physical plant and infrastructure. The 300 full-time residents enjoy a secure facility with underground parking, an indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi, an excercise room, a sauna, billiards room, and two social rooms for entertaining guests.
