The historic Belvedere was built in 1919, and is located in the heart of downtown Salt Lake City. It is one of the oldest high-rise buildings in the City. It retains some original of the features, including, marble lobby, granite staircases, terracotta rosettes and exteriors. The clubhouse has recently been remodeled and looks wonderful! The monthly HOA fees include water and sewer, trash, high speed internet, and heating. The Belvedere is managed by Chris Bowden, the Assistant Manager is Debbie Buchanan, and the Maintenance Manager is Devin Lawrence, assisted by Lisa Whittle.
